Dibi Tech Private Limited ("Dibi Tech") respects your right to control your data. This page explains how to request deletion of the data we hold about you or your business in the Dibi Tech WhatsApp Business Platform at wa.dibitech.com.np.
Email jabaharlalsah@gmail.com from your registered email address with the subject line "Data Deletion Request", including your account name and WhatsApp Business phone number. We will verify your identity and delete your data within 30 days, and confirm by email.
We may retain limited records (such as invoices and transaction logs) where required for legal, tax, or accounting obligations, and anonymized data that no longer identifies you. Data held by Meta on the WhatsApp Business Platform is subject to Meta's own data policies.
Logged-in account owners can also request deletion from within the platform by contacting support from their account, or by removing their connected WhatsApp Business Account and closing their account.
