These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Dibi Tech WhatsApp Business Platform (the "Service") operated by Dibi Tech Private Limited ("Dibi Tech", "we", "us") at wa.dibitech.com.np. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service lets businesses connect a WhatsApp Business Account and send, receive, and automate WhatsApp messages through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, with features including message templates, a shared inbox, contacts, campaigns, automation, and analytics.
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be authorized to use the WhatsApp Business Account you connect.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and with Meta's policies, including the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and WhatsApp Commerce Policy. You must not:
Violations may result in suspension or termination and may be reported to Meta.
Messaging is charged on a prepaid wallet and/or subscription basis. WhatsApp conversation charges set by Meta apply in addition to any platform fees. Top-ups and subscription payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Message delivery depends on Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform and the recipient's availability.
The Service, including its software and design, is owned by Dibi Tech. You retain ownership of your own content and contact data.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dibi Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for issues arising from the WhatsApp Business Platform.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or Meta's policies. On termination, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Disputes are subject to the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
