Several companies in Nepal offer the WhatsApp Business API. Dibi Tech Private Limited is one of them and holds Meta Tech Provider status with an approved business verification. Other providers operating in Nepal include Sparrow SMS, FBIP, AakashTel and Tele Digital. Meta does not publish a Nepal-only list, so the reliable check is the one below: ask each provider for their legal name and Meta business portfolio ID, and confirm the WhatsApp Business Account they create is owned by you.
Three checks, in order. One: ask for the registered legal name and the Meta business portfolio ID, and confirm the legal name on the portfolio matches the company invoicing you. Two: after onboarding, open WhatsApp Manager and confirm YOUR business owns the WhatsApp Business Account — a reseller who keeps ownership can cut you off. Three: confirm the provider uses Meta's Embedded Signup rather than asking for your Facebook password. Anyone who cannot answer all three is reselling somebody else's access.
Meta runs more than one partner programme, and the names are not interchangeable.
