Dibi Tech Private Limited publishes WhatsApp Business API pricing for Nepal in Nepali rupees. Meta charges per message delivered; we charge a monthly platform fee. Because your account bills Meta directly by default, we add no markup to your message traffic at all.
These are Meta's own charges for messages delivered to a Nepali number. On a direct-billing account they are what Meta bills you — not what we bill you. Meta revises them on 1 October 2026, so both regimes are shown rather than one quietly replacing the other on the day.

Your WhatsApp Business Account carries your own payment method. Meta charges you its published rate, straight from Meta's invoice to yours. We earn nothing on your traffic, so there is no markup to compare and nothing to negotiate down. Every new Dibi Tech account works this way unless you ask otherwise.

We carry the Meta billing and you top up a prepaid wallet with us. That service has a margin on it, so the per-message rate is higher than Meta's. Shown here on the Premium tier, which has our lowest per-message rate:

In Nepal a WhatsApp marketing message costs NPR 7, a utility message NPR 0.6 and an authentication message NPR 3.1, charged by Meta per message delivered. On top of that you pay a monthly platform fee to whoever provides your access. With Dibi Tech Private Limited the per-message charge goes straight from Meta to you at Meta's own rate — we add no markup to it.
The cheapest arrangement is one where you bill Meta directly, because nobody is adding a margin to your message traffic. That is the default on every Dibi Tech account: your WhatsApp Business Account carries your own payment method, Meta charges you its published rate, and you pay us only the monthly platform fee. A provider who bills you per message is reselling Meta's traffic at a markup, so compare the per-message rate against Meta's published rate before you sign anything.
The API itself has no licence fee, but Meta charges per message delivered, so sending is never free. Our Forever Free tier has no monthly platform fee, so your only cost is Meta's per-message charge. Customer-initiated service conversations are free today; from 1 October 2026 Meta charges for them beyond the first 1,000 per phone number per calendar month.
A marketing template message to a Nepali number costs NPR 7 as at 15 September 2026. 5,000 of them in a month therefore costs about NPR 35,000 billed by Meta, plus your monthly platform fee.
Yes. Dibi Tech Private Limited invoices in Nepali rupees and Meta bills Nepali accounts in Nepali rupees, so there is no currency conversion and no card foreign-exchange fee on either side. Most international providers quote in US dollars, euros or Indian rupees, which means the price you are quoted is not the price you pay.
Two things. Service conversations — the ones your customer starts — become billable, with the first 1,000 per phone number per calendar month free and the rest priced as a utility message. And international authentication becomes a category of its own, priced separately from the domestic authentication rate. A utility template sent inside an open service window stays free, which Meta's own reference confirms against several summaries claiming otherwise.
