Dibi Tech vs FBIP for WhatsApp Business API in Nepal
Dibi Tech is registered in Nepal; FBIP publishes an address in Udaipur, India. What follows from that, with both sides stated fairly.
Dibi Tech Private Limited is a Nepali company in Janakpur, Dhanusha, and an official Meta Tech Provider that bills in Nepali rupees. FBIP publishes an address in Udaipur, Rajasthan, India and sells WhatsApp Business API services into Nepal. The main difference is where each company is, and what follows from that.
Everything below about FBIP was read off their own website on 13 September 2026. Where they publish nothing, this page says "Not published".

Where FBIP is the better choice
They commit to a timeline and we do not. Three to five working days after Meta approval is a clear, published commitment, and no Nepali provider in this comparison — ours included — publishes one. If your launch date is the thing you are managing, that is worth something real.
They also publish a genuinely clear explanation of Meta's four message categories and what each is for, which is more buyer education than most providers in this market bother with.
Where Dibi Tech is the better choice
You are buying from a company registered in Nepal. Your invoice is in rupees with no conversion and no card foreign-exchange fee. Your support requests are answered in Nepal hours, in Nepali or English. And your contract is with a company you can reach under Nepali law, which matters more on the day something goes wrong than on the day you sign.
The prices are on the website. We publish Meta's Nepal rate for every message category, our monthly platform fee, and what changes on Meta's 1 October 2026 revision. As at 13 September 2026 FBIP publishes no figures at all, so a comparison of cost is not possible until you have asked them.
The Meta credential is specific. Our credential page names the programme, the portfolio ID and the verification date. Ask FBIP for theirs — if they hold Meta status of their own, they will have a portfolio ID too.
What buying from another country actually changes
Nothing about the WhatsApp Business API itself changes — it is Meta's API wherever your provider sits. Four practical things do change, and they are worth thinking about before price enters the conversation.
- The currency on your invoice. A Nepali company invoices you in rupees. A foreign supplier usually invoices in another currency, which means a conversion rate you do not control and, on a card, a foreign-exchange fee on top. The quoted price is not the paid price.
- Paying them at all. Sending money out of Nepal is more paperwork than paying a domestic supplier, and it is paperwork that recurs every month.
- When your questions get answered. A provider on another country's working calendar answers on their public holidays, not yours, and your urgent Saturday is somebody else's weekend.
- Who you have recourse to. A contract with a company registered in Nepal is a contract you can actually enforce in Nepal. This matters on exactly one day, and on that day it matters a great deal.
None of that makes a foreign provider a bad choice. Plenty of Nepali businesses buy software from abroad every day and are perfectly happy. It means the comparison is not only about features and price, and a provider who publishes an address in another country is being straightforward with you about which comparison you are making.
What to check during onboarding, whoever you choose
- You were sent to a Meta window, not a form. Proper onboarding uses Meta's Embedded Signup: you log in to Facebook yourself, on Meta's own screen, and grant access. Anyone asking for your Facebook password is not connecting you to Meta.
- The WhatsApp Business Account sits in YOUR business portfolio. Open WhatsApp Manager after setup and look. This is the check that decides whether you can ever change your mind.
- The display name is the business name. Meta rejects display names that do not match the business, and a rejection restarts the clock.
- The payment method on the WABA is the one you intend. Yours means Meta bills you at Meta's rate. Theirs means they bill you at theirs.
All four are things you can verify yourself in Meta's own tools within a day of going live, and none of them requires trusting anybody's marketing.
The question that matters more than either of us
Whoever you choose, confirm in writing that your business will own the WhatsApp Business Account, not the provider. It is the one term you cannot renegotiate later: a provider who owns your WABA owns your number, your approved templates and your quality rating, and moving away from them means starting over. Everything else in this comparison is a preference. That one is a lock.

Where these facts come from
Every statement about another provider on this page was read off that provider's own website on 13 September 2026. Where a provider does not publish something, this page says "Not published" rather than guessing. If we have got something wrong or out of date, tell us and we will correct it.
messaggio.com did not respond when we visited it on 13 September 2026, so nothing is recorded against Messaggio here rather than something unverified.
